Bristol : An Intimate Voice (or 108 Songs to let it all out) with Daisy Chapman and Keith Warmington

  • Bristol Folk House 40A Park Street Bristol, England, BS1 5JG United Kingdom (map)

Kate Dimbleby draws on thirty years of songs and storytelling in An Intimate Voice, a warm, soulful and ever-evolving show celebrating the power of singing to connect, heal and reveal. Choosing each night from a rich catalogue of songs by Mary Chapin Carpenter, Dory Previn, Kirsty MacColl, Leonard Cohen and her own originals, every performance is shaped by the moment and the room.

Featuring singer-songwriter Daisy Chapman on piano and vocals and Keith Warmington on harmonica, vocals and guitar, An Intimate Voice invites audiences to step closer, listen deeply - and sometimes even join in.

“A singer-songwriter who refuses to be boxed in, a free spirit” The Times

“Stunning vocal virtuosity. An artist at the top of her game” Tom Robinson, BBC 6 Music
