SHOW ARCHIVE – Music To Watch Boys By

As featured in Tim Rice’s Evening Standard “Unmissable List”:
“Her repertoire humourously shows that anything men can do, she can do better”

This show premiered at the Edinburgh festival in 2001 and went on to have a sell out London run followed by touring in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Description:
Kate Dimbleby and award winning director Cal McCrystal team up once more to create a show that defies expectation.  In Music to Watch Boys By, Kate Dimbleby ventures into the heart of men’s song to give you her own – very fresh – whistle stop musical tour of the Seven Ages of Man.

Constantly surprising and completely entertaining, this is cabaret re-invigorated with comedy, satire and theatrical flair.  With her charismatic Rat Pack musicians (“so tight they’re vacuum packed” – Time Out) as supporting cast, Kate shows that when a woman invades the world of men’s song, surprises are sprung – and sung.
